Question: How do I change my password?
This will depend on the type of account you have:
- If you have a Marjon student or staff account and are logged into a computer on the Campus network then hold down the Control [Ctrl], Alt and Delete keys on your keyboard simultaneously. This will bring up an option to change your password.
- If you are not on campus and have a Marjon email account then you can go to your Marjon email web page and select "Options" from the top right hand side of the page. This will bring up the option to change your password. Alternatively you can use our Password Reset Manager system.
- A few users have accounts which only give them access to LearningSpace with no login access on campus and no University email address. If your account is one of these then you can change your password in LearningSpace. Login then follow the link on your name at the top right hand side of this page. You may also have a separate password to access library electronic resources this will be unaffected by the change.
Your new password should conform to our password policy. It should contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one non-alphabetical character and be at least 14 characters long.
