Courses on Offer
In addition to the individual bespoke support offered to students and staff during drop-in sessions, we provide you the opportunity to receive a nationally (and internationally) recognised IT qualification. You will need to take exams in order to receive the certificate and you will need to pay for exam fees. However the cost is minimal in comparison to what the public have to pay for their IT course. We offer qualifications at 2 levels:
- ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) - Level 2
- ECDL Advanced - Level 3
Any training session taking place will be advertised on the 'Session Booking' section and will also be advertised on the Hub (student newsletter).
You don't have to take an exam if you don't wish to; you can just turn up for a specific session to learn new skills (for example learning how to work with tables).
