- Results & Resits
As you will be aware the University implemented a Safety Net Policy to support all students during the Lockdown period. I felt you should know how much you were praised by the University’s General External Examiner for how you have dealt with the situation and continued to perform so well. I also wanted to let you know that the Safety Net Policy will continue for the rest of this academic year. As such, if you have a suggested resit or Extenuating Circumstances against any module can I urge you to talk to your PDT or Programme Leader – they will support you fully in focusing your efforts on the pivotal pieces of work enabling you to progress or graduate.
The publication of confirmed results will be after 2pm on Monday 20th July. At this time, results will be available via LearningSpace: Information > MyResults or through the following link https://www.marjon.ac.uk/students/resultsonline
Printed copies of certificates and transcripts will be posted at the end of September. In the meanwhile, we are able to provide an electronic version of the transcript on request by emailing email@example.com . We regret that we are unable to provide earlier copies of the certificates due to the restrictions in place for Covid-19.
- Semester A failed modules; this year, for the first time, you have the option of submitting your resit/deferred coursework by 22nd May or by the normal resit/deferred deadline of 31st July. If you choose to submit in May, your resit work will be taken to the July Progression and Award Board (PAB).
- Term 1 failed modules; any/all resit/deferred coursework should be submitted by 5th June.
You should be aware that, any marks for resit work submitted in May/June will be pending until Semester B/Terms 2 & 3 marks have been confirmed at the July PAB. If you have failed over 50% of your first attempts across the year (Semester A and B or Terms 1, 2 and 3), the resit work submitted in May/June will not be considered or count.
Exam resits will take place in week commencing 27th July unless your programme informs you of separate clinic arrangements.
Access to Results Online will only be available for 4 weeks - you are advised to print or retain a copy of your results for your reference
